All ebooks and guides sold on AceMadden are digital products delivered immediately upon purchase. Because content is accessible the moment payment is made, individual content purchases are non-refundable.
You may cancel your membership at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future charges; you retain full access through the end of your current billing period. We do not issue partial refunds for unused time on active billing periods.
If you were charged in error — for example, a duplicate charge or a charge after a confirmed cancellation — contact us at support@acemadden.com within 7 days and we will make it right. We handle exceptions on a case-by-case basis.
If you initiate a chargeback without contacting us first, we reserve the right to permanently suspend your account. Most issues can be resolved quickly through support.
