When you create an account we collect your email address and password (stored securely via Supabase). When you purchase a membership, payment is processed by Stripe — we do not store your card details. We may collect basic usage data (pages visited, features used) to improve the site.
We use your information to manage your account, process payments, deliver content, and send transactional emails (receipts, billing notices). We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
We use the following third-party services to operate AceMadden: Stripe for payment processing, Supabase for authentication and data storage, and Discord for community access. Each has its own privacy policy governing how they handle your data.
AceMadden uses cookies and local storage to maintain your login session. We do not use third-party tracking or advertising cookies.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where required to retain it for legal or financial record-keeping purposes.
You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing support@acemadden.com. We will respond within 30 days.
We may update this policy at any time. Continued use of AceMadden after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
