What are the advantages of each membership?

BASE Membership is a great way to get your foot in the door & sample our products. PRO Membership takes that a step further with additional Tips & Breakdown videos. YEARLY Membership will bring you the most bang for your buck though as you will get everything we offer at a discounted monthly rate.

How many ebooks can we expect this year?

We usually drop somewhere around 10 ebooks over the course of a Madden season. Each ebook will receive at least 1 update (sometimes more) to ensure patches don’t ruin our content.

What are the Archives?

The Archives is simply a place where we are storing all of our previous Madden content. Becoming a member at any of the above levels will grant you access to it. As of right now it contains Madden 21, 22 & 23 content.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You will find your subscription & billing information in the menu. Support -> Account/Billing.

What are the Discord streams like?

Streams will take place when we feel like we have enough questions to answer or we feel like it’s important to demonstrate things we have learned. We will hop into a game or practice mode to answer any of your questions that have been submitted or even live during the stream. This is entirely exclusive to YEARLY Membership.

What’s your cancellation/refund policy?

You can cancel at any point of your subscription & you will receive the days you paid for. As far as refunds go – this is a digital service & due to the nature of the content we provide, we do not provide refunds for it. If you have any issues feel free to reach us via Support -> Contact.

Can I upgrade my membership?

Yes. If you decide that you’d like to upgrade your Membership please visit our Contact page for support. This upgrade has to be handled manually.

How long do these memberships last?

Memberships are now recurring. Therefore you have full control over when you want it to end.
